Saturday to 10:00Les Sources de Caudalie offers sylvotherapy workshops to reconnect with nature.
Guided by experts, participants explore the benefits of the forest through sensory and mediation activities. The programme also includes a plant-based lunch designed by chef Nicolas Masse.
As an optional extra, an artistic escapade in the surrounding area is an enchanting way to discover nature in all its glory.
