Fête de la Rosière

From 22 to 25 June 2023, La Brède will vibrate to the rhythm of the Fêtes de la Rosière, an almost 200 year old tradition, inherited from François de Paule Latapie, which honours the memory of the illustrious philosopher Montesquieu.

Dear to the hearts of the people of Bréde, this festival is also and above all a meeting place for young people, gathered around a young girl of 18 and her former classmates who join her in the procession.

The Rosière, her rosebush and their procession will bring together all generations for four days of festivities: coronation ceremony, parade, free concerts and DJ evenings, funfair, bodegas and restaurants, fireworks, Saint John's fire, etc.
